According to a recent study by Del Webb, sponsored by a major national home builder, the top amenities that seniors want most are:
- A Multicar Garage
- Deck or Patio
- Open Floor Plan
- Eat in Kitchen
- Private Yard
Other major things that were considered were access to water (Pool, beach, etc) and greenbelts or parks.
