A guest in Ocean Hills is anyone that does not reside in Ocean Hills Country Club. Guest restrictions are by age: children under 5, children 5 to 14, and 14 and over. Guest must abide by the regulations that the the Association has established for use of Ocean Hills facilities.
To insure safety, children must always be supervised and accompanied by an adult Ocean Hills resident. Also, for safety, children may not enter or use the Wood Shop, Fitness Center, Billiards Room, Sewing Room, or the Craft Room.
Again, for safety reasons, many of the main activity areas are off limits for children under 5. These include, but may not be limited to, the tennis courts, computer room, bocce ball courts, croquet area, paddle tennis, pickle ball, table tennis, badminton, and pool and spa area. To be on the golf course, children have to be 10 or older.
Adult guest may not use the Wood Shop or Fitness Center.
Residents are responsible for any misuse of facilities or equipment by their guest.
