Nonresidents – Nonresidents may enter Ocean Hills Country Club only through the Front Gate (Cannon Road) entrance. Nonresidents must be coming in as a guest of a resident or be escorted by a Realtor selling Ocean Hills homes. If you are a nonresident, buyer prospect, I will meet you at the front gate and escort you into Ocean Hills as my guest. I will introduce you to the many great Ocean Hills amenities before taking you on a tour of Ocean Hills homes.
Residents – Residents may enter through the Cannon Road (front gate) entrance (4600 Leisure Village Drive) and also through the back gate off Shadowridge Drive. Access to Ocean Hills property is controlled by a system of transponders & decals. Annual vehicle registration is required for Ocean Hills residents to receive a yearly decal.
Front Gate – The Cannon Road entrance is open 24/7 for both entering and exiting.
Back Gate – The Shadowridge Drive gate entrance hours are from 7:00 am – 11:00 pm. Both Ocean Hills residents and nonresidents can exit through the rear gate 24 hours a day.
Ocean Hills also has roving security patrols throughout the community. As part of your homeowners fees, each Ocean Hills home resident has a monitored security system in their home.
