In order to understand the “Rules & Regulations” in Ocean Hills Country Club, you have to have an understanding of the various terms that are used.
- Resident – Someone who resides on a permanent basis in Ocean Hills.
- Guest – In Ocean Hills a guest is anyone that does not reside in Ocean Hills homes. Residents are responsible for the actions of their guest, and should inform their guest that the Association has regulations for use of the facilities. Guest must be accompanied by a resident anytime when using the Association facilities. Guest are not allowed to use the Craft Room, Kilns, the Audio-Visual equipment, the Fitness Center or the Wood Shop. Guest can be adults or children.
- Children – Anyone under the age of 14. Children must be supervised by an adult at all times to insure their safety. Also for their safety, children cannot use the Fitness Center, Sewing room, Wood Shop, Craft room, or Billiards Room. Children are not allowed to ride bicycles on Leisure Village Way, but may ride on other Ocean Hills streets.
The Ocean Hills Homeowners Association requires helments for anyone under 18.
You will see the terms, resident, guest, and children used throughtout the “Rules.” Just keep in mind the above descriptions.
